These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, portals, and online services provided by INP Specialty, LLC (“INP Specialty,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our systems, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms do not replace or supersede any Producer Agreement, Carrier Appointment Agreement, or other written contract that you may enter into with INP Specialty. In the event of a conflict, the fully executed agreement will control.
1. Eligibility
Our online services are intended for licensed insurance professionals and carriers operating in the United States. By using our systems, you represent that you are duly licensed and authorized to transact insurance business and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Account Access
- Each agency or company may be provided login credentials to access INP Specialty’s submission and application systems.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
- Accounts may not be shared outside of your organization, and credentials must not be reused for personal purposes.
3. Permitted Use
You may use INP Specialty’s systems only for legitimate, lawful business purposes related to producer appointments, carrier appointments, and wholesale insurance placement.
You may not:
- Use the systems for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt our websites, systems, or data.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the systems.
4. Confidentiality & Data Use
We take the confidentiality of your business and client information seriously. By using our systems, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. INP Specialty may also use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our services.
5. Relationship to Inprobable
Our submission and application systems are supported by technology from our parent company, Inprobable, Inc. Inprobable acts as a service provider, powering the backend platform. Your relationship, however, is with INP Specialty.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Our websites and systems are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. INP Specialty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our systems.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will become effective when posted. Continued use of our systems after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
